Ntombhi Ya Mutsonga is an award-winning praise poet, author, and Play Your Part, Brand South Africa ambassador. She has made history as the first Xitsonga-speaking praise poet to usher in President Cyril Ramaphosa at the State of the Nation Address in Parliament on the 13th of February 2020. She is the author of Xitsonga poetry book with 55 poems that address various social and cultural ills.
