I’ve been working in radio in some way, shape or form since before the new millenium, and for the last twenty years, I’ve been focussing on South African politics.

As part of that I have been speaking to the people who have made the political decisions that have shaped our last twenty years through all of that time. I’ve also been present at most of the big political conferences and court cases that have shaped our country since 2004.

Before returning to 702 and Cape Talk to host The Money Show, I helped to create and present the breakfast show “Sunrise” on the SABC’s national talk station SAfm, helping that station to dramatically grow its audience.

I have also been with the television news station Newzroom Afrika, presenting Newsfeed PM since 2020.

I have spoken to local and international audiences and investors for many years about our politics. Regular clients include Citibank, RMB Morgan Stanley and HSBC.

I explain our political situation to audiences, and demonstrate how and why it is changing, and what this means for our economy, and for their life. I also have a deep understanding of our society, and some of the directions in which it is going.
