Kyle made his musical theatre debut as the heartthrob “Link Larkin” in the SA premiere production of “HAIRSPRAY” at The Lyric Theatre. Thereafter he has played the roles of “Ryan Evans” in “HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL” (Asian tour), “Billy Kostecki” in “DIRTY DANCING” (SA and Asian tour) and “Artie Green” in “SUNSET BOULEVARD” (SA tour).
Television credits include “Schalk” in “EGOLI”, “Hardus” in “MOFEREFERE LENYALONG”, “Duncan” in e-tv’s “BACKSTAGE” and the role of “Michelangelo” in the hit BBC UK series, “LEONARDO”.
As the Lead Singer and a songwriter in the pop trio “ADAM” Kyle recorded four albums and achieved certified GOLD album status (as a signed UNIVERSAL MUSIC artist) and went on to win numerous awards including a South African Music Award (SAMA) as well as six GHOEMA Awards. ADAM toured to London and Amsterdam after the success of their #1 radio hit “Say What You Want”. ADAM were also the opening act for the super band AIR SUPPLY, they featured as front liners in the final SKOUSPEL shows as well as in the Capital Singers’ ICONIC show at the Time’s Square Sun Arena.
Kyle started his own private singing school in 2016 and currently teaches as a Vocal and Performance Coach at ST. STITHIANS COLLEGE in Sandton, Johannesburg.
