And the Expresso Show can’t get enough of them! They’ve been invited back 10 times – more than any other act on the show! Their most recent achievement was being crowned the WINNER of SA’s GOT TALENT 2017. After receiving the golden buzzer from DJ Fresh in their theatre audition, they managed to attract the most public votes in both their semi-final, as well as the grand finale, to emerge victorious at the end of the competition. They have released a 7 track EP (entitled “Unaccompanied”), and in 2018 plan to write and record more songs including a few exciting collaborations.

Their unusual melodic guitar sounds combine with the sensuous tones of lead singer and songwriter Craig Hinds' voice to create a pleasant and classic rock sound that is instantly recognised while being completely unique. Watershed's albums and singles have continuously been awarded gold and platinum status both locally and internationally, but the band takes pride in being a touring band and always have a busy show calendar with dedicated and boisterous fans wherever they play. Acoustic rock band Watershed became one of South Africa's most successful exports of their generation when their track ""Indigo Girl"" topped the German pop charts. Watershed was formed in 1998 in Johannesburg by singer/songwriter Craig Warren Hinds, a former high school English and history major. Following a series of lineup changes, the supporting cast was completed with the additions of guitarist Paul McIver, bassist Vernon Hodgetts, drummer Tulsa Pittaway, and violist Lizzie Rennie. This iteration of the group signed with EMI South Africa in 1999, releasing In the Meantime the following year; the lead single "Shine on Me" catapulted the group to national success, and the follow-up singles "Indigo Girl" and "Letters" catapulted them to superstardom.

Lance is a great entertainer with an instinctual ability to read crowds and adapt to any genre of music needed to entertain his audience. Known for his infectious energy and charisma, Lance Theron, is the perfect brand to create a mutually beneficial AND explosive relationship with. In 2010, Lance entertained avid football fans during the FIFA World Cup in Cape Town and kept the Fan Zone alive and energized. 2011 was another big year for Lance as he was awarded the title Best DJ on MFM, won first place in the DJ talent search held by Glee Events and partnered with the Dubliner International Group as their resident DJ. 2012-2014 saw Lance embarking on the International DJ tour to Denmark, Sweden and Norway and he still travels to Sweden on a regular basis for these events. Lance performed at the Cape Town Talent Showcase at the CTICC as the guest DJ for the evening festivities and shortly after that, he made his debut on Good Hope FM’s breakfast show with an electrifying King of Clubs set. He blew the crowd away at the Mitchell’s Plain Festival 2016 and was also one of the featured artists at the official Festive’ Lights Switch-On’ concert held at the Grand Parade in December 2016 which performed in front of 85 000 roaring crowd. Lance started 2017 off with a bang headlining the KFM Coca- Cola Summer Sessions tour where he visited many popular venues in Cape Town and gave his audiences an experience they will never forget. He had the privilege of playing to 30 000 people at K Day 2017 hosted by KFM, not to mention being the official opening act for MICASA as they launched their 4th album in Cape Town. Lance has toured the Scandinavian shores for the last six years in Sweden (Gothenburg, Varberg, Stockhol, Halmstad, Stromstad and Kungshamn) Copenhagen in Denmark, Norway to name just a few. In 2015, he released a track called Back to You featuring SAMA & Metro FM nominated South African artist Chad Saaiman. The song was co-produced by chart-topping singer and producer Mario Ogle and has had air play in and around South Africa. The second single, released in 2016 is called Higher and the track features songstress, Candice Thornton. The song was picked up by major radio stations in Cape Town, namely, 5FM, KFM, Good Hope FM and Heart 104.9 FM. Higher has charted at number 4 on Heart FM’s SA Top 10, number 6 on Good Hope FM’s Hot 30 chart, number 1 on the Good Hope FM SA Top 20 chart and number 8 on the 5FM Top10@10. He appeared on SABC Expresso and Hectic Nine 9 for this single.

Lindiwe has been involved with many different styles of music but her main focus remains with Jazz music. Lindiwe Maxolo was born and bred in the then Vaal Triangle, now known as Sedibeng in South Africa. With a background that was rooted in church music, Ms Maxolo felt the need to take her musicianship to a higher level by studying music formally. She went on to graduate Cum Laude in her Honours Degree in Jazz Music from the University of Cape Town. Lindiwe Maxolo has, for some years now, been working very hard towards establishing herself as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. He’s run several marathons and ultra-marathons, hiked the Fish River Canyon in Namibia, finished the Roof of Africa Enduro in Lesotho, raced in the Botswana Desert 1000 and finished the 6000km Africa Eco Race through the Sahara Desert. He’s riddenand raced his dirt bike throughout South Africa as well as 20 other countries. Joey has been married to his soulmate Meredith for over 22 years and they are the proud parents of four teenage daughters, an extreme adventure in itself! From an early age, Joey had one dream that stood out above the others. A dream to race his motorbike in the Dakar Rally. A race is widely known as the toughest, longest, and most dangerous off-road race in the world, a race that has claimed the lives of over 70 people during its 42-year history. But his dream, along with the rest of his life, was completely shattered in 2007 when during a local race in South Africa he was hit by another biker and amongst other serious injuries, he broke his back, crushing his spinal cord leaving him completely paralyzed from just below his chest. The prognosis was he would never walk or feel his legs again. Joey suddenly facing a daily struggle of keeping it together both physically and mentally made a decision, that he would not only still live a full life, but he would still chase his dream of racing the Dakar Rally. The finish line of that race became the symbol of him beating his injury. It would take him 10 years, with numerous challenges, successes and lessons learned along the way, until on the 2nd of January 2017, Joey stood as a competitor at the start of the Dakar Rally in Asunción, Paraguay. Qualifying to race the Dakar Rally was an incredible achievement in itself but the unimaginable events that he endured through those 9000km across South America tested him far beyond what even he could have imagined. The unforeseen and catastrophic event of his bike being crushed by a two-ton rally car on the second last day, set the stage for an epic final chapter, you simply couldn’t make up. Joey shares a message of determination in the face of insurmountable odds. A master storyteller, weaving heartfelt emotion, humour and gripping adventure, his presentation will leave you with a new perspective on your own challenges and the renewed drive to chase your own goals and dreams. Since racing the Dakar Rally, Joey has written the book on his inspirational journey titled “From Para to Dakar.” Published in November 2017, it has become a National Bestseller and is available in print, eBook and audio.
