Established in 2011 by Sandile Ntombela as a sports team, after producing world class jumpers, he then transformed the team into the entertainment crew. Jump rope is a combination of break-dance moves, flips and fast fancy foot work all done inside ropes. It is suitable to be performed on an open space stage, indoors/outdoors (not on grass), with lights. With the spectacular jump rope shows provided by AJs, the crew has previously performed in a number of events. Events such as Comrade Expo in KZN, Upington LandBou Expo in Northern Cape, Back to School FNB Credit Card Year End Function in Johannesburg and MTN Bushfire Festival in Swaziland

I am an acclaimed Latin and Ballroom dancer who has won over 48 trophies, attained 10 certificates and been awarded some 28 medals for my outstanding dancing talent. As a DJ, I spend my weekends in Soweto playing in various pubs and wowing the crowd with my music and mixing skills. I also play at weddings, birthday parties, bachelorettes and more and have been live on Kiss FM Australia twice in 2018, twice in 2019 and once in 2020. I have an entertainment business named Maboho Farisani Empires (Tribal Empires) that aims to render DJ services, sound, lighting, stages and Latin and ballroom demonstrations to those who need it. My clients are Workforce Babereki, Workforce Healthcare, MTN, Mobicel and a lot of local clients. I have been hosted at Cubana Durban as a guest DJ and I have played for Mobicel roadshows at Mafikeng, Rustenburg, Mokopane, Polokwane, Giyani, Thohoyandou Eastern Cape and Durban. I have also played alongside the likes of Dj Tira, Dj Ganyani, Amanda black, Mpumi, Lasizwe, Vuki Dlamini, Vusinator, DJ Christos Prince Benza and Janisto and Ck from Limpopo.

These musicians have performed all over the globe and have now come together to recreate your favourite pop and film favourites in one of the most loved formats, the string quartet. The arrangement is at the heart of the quartet, with these melodies masterfully woven between the four string players. Cinematica Strings perform pop and film covers for string quartet and had an arrangement by Naomi featured on HBO’s hit TV show “The Great” in 2022. Cinematica strings also performs as backing strings with singers and solo instrumentalists. No newcomer to the scene, Naomi’s string quartet performed as part of the opening for Celine Dion in South Africa and has performed live on London’s BBC Radio 4. The group is perfect for wedding and corporate entertainment alike. They welcome collaborations of any kind and keep their music current and fresh with new, bespoke arrangements added each month. BIOGRAPHY OF NAOMI TAGG Naomi has travelled the world as a solo electric violinist and with South Africa’s first female electric string quartet (formerly Muse SQ), performing extensively in Europe and the UK, Africa, Seychelles, Mauritius, Russia, Australia and Bahrain. She has performed for global celebrities, royalty, leading political figures and has been part of the opening acts for Sir Elton John, John Legend, Celine Dion, Michael Bolton and Soweto String Quartet. Whilst spending 6 years in the UK, Naomi performed at many of London’s prestigious venues and events including London Fashion Week and Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Other notable performances included cruise ships, exclusive parties and high-end corporate functions for some of the world’s largest brands. Not shy to be in the spotlight, Naomi can also be found rocking the dance floor with her electric violin where she's performed alongside DJs across the world, from Cape Town to Monaco, London to Bahrain.
