A DECADENT, DESSERT MAKING COMPETITION
with Harry Sideropoulos as your kitchen ring master
Guests are placed in teams of 5 (10 teams) to create a decadent fridge cake which they will then eat after their dinner.
Each team will receive the recipe, together with all the ingredients, cooking utensils, and fabric aprons, but it will be up to them to decide as to how they will present and style it.
Whilst the cook-off is taking place, Harry will play the part of the kitchen ringmaster facilitating the cook-off.
Once the teams have completed their dessert, they will present to Harry and his team for tasting and overall scoring.
The winning team and runner-up prizes will be presented to the group after their dinner.
During the dinner, Harry will also entertain with his comedy and song as well as with interactive fun and games that will include all the guests.
