Ayanda Thabethe was born in KZN in a loving Matriarchal home where a purposeful and powerful feminine energy molded and shaped Ayanda’s early conditioning. She took note of this self-sufficiency, no excuses approach to life which inspired her to empower and educate herself.

She graduated with two degrees and spent the first phase of her career learning the fundamentals to marketing and business in an extensive corporate career. The entertainment industry came calling and the second chapter of her career was spent representing platforms and brands which enabled her to link her passions for style, travel and the power of culture… all while making sure she became an example that other young girls could look up to.

On-screen Ayanda has a strong passion for education especially that of young girls which has given rise to
her initiative, ‘A Beautiful Mind’ which enables students from all over the continent to make the right career choice through gathering minds and expertise from various industries to speak about their journeys in their respective careers in order to help students to make the right career choices the first time around.
