Chapman was chosen as one of five winning vocalists worldwide by NACAS (National Association of Artists), which was held in Nashville and had over 3000 entries from all over the world.

Chapman has been named a World Vision Artist, making her an ambassador for the organisation that works to end hunger and poverty around the world.Chapman graduated from Pretoria Tecknikon's Jazz School and has performed extensively both locally and internationally. Chapman has shared the stage alongside Wonderboom, Sugar Drive, Mean Mr Mustard, Dozi, Tree63, and many other local acts, either as an opening act or as the headline act. He has played in a variety of settings, ranging from small intimate cosy music clubs to large stadium music festivals.

.Chapman most recently landed the main part in the Phil Collins Tribute Show "One More Night," which performed for a few weeks at Emperors Place in 2016. The successful show is now being explored for inclusion on a premium cruise ship liner as well as the Las Vegas strip. As a solo artist, Chapman has been among the top 10% of a large American cruise liner's fleet, and he has made an indelible mark in the United States, building on an ongoing fan base.

Over the course of two years, Chapman performed to an audience of over a million people on the world's largest luxury cruise liners in the United States, performing night after night.
