"B&B" is without a doubt one of the most exciting party bands to emerge from Johannesburg! With the proper noises, good looks, and the ability to leave any audience wanting more. This dynamic ensemble of artists takes pride in performing all of your favourite classics in ways you've never seen or heard before!

B&B will turn any occasion into something spectacular, whether it's a wedding, corporate event, club, birthday party, or gala dinner, with a show that incorporates choreography, music breaks, drum solos, and crowd participation, among other things.

Versatility is unquestionably one of B&B's strengths. This performance will always impress, whether you want a classy jazz background dinner set or a jumping party set! They take pleasure in their great professionalism and individuality as a team, and they always aim to produce on every level.

B&B has effectively combined the sounds of Soul, Pop, Funk, R&B, Hip-Hop, and House to produce one tasty drink fusion for an all-night party!Their outstanding repertoire is continually updated and contains all of the best party tunes, ranging from the most recent Top 40 numbers through 90's club favourites and all the way back to 1970's oldies.

Boki Ntsime's

Boki Ntsime is fronting B&B on lead vocals with his dynamic, energetic, unique, and inspirational performing skills! Boki burst onto the South African music scene with his spectacular appearance on the hit television show 'South African Idols,' where he became fourth runner-up. Taking the media by storm, he published his debut album named Boki 'Plugged in'. Boki had an instant hit with the track "Paradise" featuring Proverb and was on the Top 40 Metro FM for 14 weeks as well as on numerous other radio stations.

Our fantastic local music festivals are one of Boki's favourite places to perform. He has performed for crowds at events such as Gariep Festifal, Aardklop, KKnK, Woodstock, and The Diamonds and Deerens. He has performed alongside Kwela Tebsa, Ringo, Vusi, The Parlatones, and Kurt Darren.

Doran, Brendan

Brendan Doran is the man behind the drum kit, on backup and lead vocals. Brendan has 15 years of experience in music and live performance and has travelled the world with various bands.Brendan has proven himself to be a business player as the owner of "Find Your Groove" drumming school, "Drumology" corporate teambuilding, and "Counterpoint" corporate events.

Brendan has performed at several local events, including KKnK, Innie Bos, Aardklop, and Woodstock.

Brendan performed with the theatricalrhythmic group Motshito for former South African President Nelson Mandela in 2004. Brendan has also performed alongside many well-known local acts, including YvonneChaka Chaka, Just Ginger, Mean Mr Mustard, and Watershed.

Petersen, Dez

Dez Petersen is B&B's newest member on lead female vocals. After witnessing her perform in a prominent Melville venue, we knew we had to snag her and bring her into the B&B family!It was a seamless and quick connection that has continued to wow us all with each performance! Dez showed an early interest in the music industry.

Singing in several choirs as a kid and adolescent will eventually prepare her for a music career. With a strong, distinct voice and a fantastic ear for harmonies, she will stand out from the crowd of female singers. Dez won her first international contract in the UAE after being spotted by a local entertainment Diva, and she will perform there for the next two years before touring Dar es Salaam and other UAE nations with the legendary East African band The Tanzanites.

Dez works for a variety of freelance companies back home. With 17 years of experience, Dez is regarded as one of the most valuable assets in the South African music industry.

Nathi Shongwe is a wordsmith.

Nathie Shongwe provides the soulful sounds on the keyboard. This Samro award-winning pianist began performing at a young age.With a strong jazz and gospel heritage, Nathie decided to continue his education at The University of Kwazulu- Natal in 2004, and hasn't looked back since.

The National Heritage Council invited Nathie to play during the opening of The Africa Museum in Serbia in 2010. Simphiwe Dana and Zama Job are two names Nathie has shared the stage with.

Robson, Doulton

Doulton Robson is putting the rhythm in motion on the bass with his flawless ability to lay down any bass pattern that will make your head bounce! Doulton is a multi-talented musician who teaches bass guitar, guitar, and drums.

They hit it off right away when Doulton recorded bass on Boki's debut album Plugged-in! They both knew they wanted to collaborate again. B&B has provided the ideal opportunity to maximise it!

Doulton has widely toured South Africa with some of the finest Gospel rock acts in the country, as well as with Great evangelist Angus Buchan. Doulton performed bass guitar for David Aldo on his South African tour, which included serving as the opening act for all Lionel Richie's South African shows!At music festivals such as Lucky Fish, Innie Bos, and Aardklop, Doulton has performed alongside Natalie Chapman, Glaskas, Peter Hovin, and Niemand.
