Ewan Strydom is an Expresso presenter.Ewan was born in Gauteng and moved to Cape Town in 2001.

He is a Qualified Personal Fitness Trainer who has made it his aim to motivate and inspire individuals to improve their lifestyles and, as a result, become healthier and fitter. He has been modelling for 10 years, spending four years abroad before returning to South Africa.

In 2008, Ewan featured on the cover of Men's Health and competed in the Men's Health Look competition, which launched his TV career. Today we'll talk to Ewan about being a father for the second time.
